Mouth Ulcers

Mouth ulcers are sores that appear in the mouth often on the insides of cheeks, lips or tongue. They are generally white or grey in colour with a red raised inflamed edge. The usual cause of “minor ulcers” is tissue (mucous membrane) damage and subsequent infection and these ulcers will normally clear up once the cause of the damage is rectified and good oral hygiene is practiced. Most people experience mouth ulcers at some time in their life. Mouth ulcers are not contagious.

"...I just wanted to write to tell you how much using your product as changed my well being. This year has been a tough year of diagnosis of multiple autoimmune diseases. I have spent more weeks with mouth ulcers than without this year, sometimes they have been so painful I couldn't even swallow water. I found your product on a Facebook page and thought I'd give it a try. Since using Denta Med in October, I haven't had a mouth ulcer. I still get some stinging in my mouth, but as soon as I feel I might be developing mouth sensitivity, I rub Denta Med in my mouth and it stops the ulcers developing. My mother also has Sjögren's and I bought some for her too. She also reports that her mouth is more comfortable."
